1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReviewSage, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewSage is an AI-powered Google review management tool that helps small businesses automatically generate and post professional replies to their Google Business Profile reviews. Our service includes:

• AI-generated review responses
• Google Business Profile integration
• Review monitoring and notifications
• Free tools including Review Reply Generator, Fake Review Removal Assistant, and QR Code Generator

3. Account Registration

To use ReviewSage you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Google Account Integration

ReviewSage connects to your Google Business Profile through Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your Google account you authorize ReviewSage to:

• Read your Google Business Profile reviews
• Post replies to your reviews on your behalf
• Access your business information as needed to provide the service

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or by deleting your ReviewSage account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReviewSage only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to post false, misleading, or defamatory review responses
• Violate Google's review policies or Terms of Service
• Attempt to manipulate review ratings in a deceptive manner
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service without written permission

6. Subscription and Payment

ReviewSage offers a free tier with 3 AI-generated replies and a paid subscription at $29 per month per business location. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal of your subscription each month
• Our refund policy — contact support@reviewsage.net within 7 days of billing for refund requests

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

ReviewSage and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewSage and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

AI-generated review replies created by our service for your business are owned by you and may be used freely.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewSage is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated replies will always be appropriate for your specific situation
• Google will approve or publish all posted replies

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@reviewsage.net. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination all your data will be deleted within 48 hours as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of ReviewSage after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
